I was commissioned by Brother Design in the UK to create a tier system (Team, Lead, Executive, Principle) hero graphic for their newly branded client Benefit, a global healthcare insurance operated by Integra Global for business teams based in the UAE. I drew these using hand drawn lines, half tone dots and blue colour change outs representing each tier section and also corresponding with the main iconography. And so the 'thinking person' was created as the main overarching shell to contain all the elements :)
