I create visual illustrations for an six monthly edition interior design magazine called Habitat. I take the interior designer's notes and reference material and create a visual representation of that idea utilising Resene swatch colours supplied. The illustration is created in photoshop, with a combination of image manipulation and graphic rendering to get the desired effects. More often than not I am supplied a pattern swatch and then visualise this pattern on curtains, carpet etc which can require a bit of complicated manipulation beforehand.
